The Laurel House is located in Seaview, Fire Island. This 3500sf house is designed for views of the Great South Bay. The house is organized into a north-south ground floor containing living spaces, and an east-west second-floor containing bedrooms. The house is clad in textured vertical and horizontal white-washed cedar siding. The house is elevated and oriented to offer views north of the adjacent bay, while also providing privacy from the street for the living spaces. The north-south house mass screens a pool, sun deck, shower, and outdoor dining area on the west side of the property.
