This lake house is a sited above the Swinging Bridge Reservoir in Bethel, NY. Proudly perched high on the sloped site, the house stands proudly, offering panoramic views of the reservoir and surrounding landscape. Its sleek design features a striking peaked roofline, a dramatic landmark from the water below. The exterior facade of the house is a minimalist white shape accentuated by woods, and framed by clean lines and geometric shapes.

Inside the house, the layout is designed to optimize fluidity between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and exterior spaces. The seamless outdoor deck stretches the interior space into the landscape to enhance the experience of the reservoir views. Two recessed outdoor rooms provide private spaces, seamlessly blending with the bedroom areas.
