The Bay Walk house is a 5-Bedroom home currently in approval. The project reimages the entire house. New interiors, including kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are planned, along with new finishes throughout. Consistent with below, the second floor is replanned for a larger primary suite, including new bathrooms and a new stair. The exterior of the house will be recladded in both cedar siding and a composite panel. The re-imaging of the exterior was guided by the existing shapes and volumes of the house. This house is expected to begin construction in Fall 2021.
