This 1900’s brownstone is located on Carlton Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The project scope included a gut renovation of the entire 4-story house. A duplex owner unit sits below two floor-through rental units on one of the most desirable streets in Fort Greene. The design kept in mind how to tastefully combine a modern, white + bright look with the fervor of original brownstone features. The entire front facade was renovated to Landmark specifications. The rear yard is fully landscaped and features new wood and steel deck.
